There is no “golden” number of treatments, you just need to hit that 300 total percent. 1.1.0 (): This mod is now 1.1 compatible. Sounds confusing, but basically if you get 3 treatments of 100% your colonist will be cured. You simply need to have the treatments add up to 300%.

Harmony in steam only supports 1.1 version of the game and I can't find any way to get harmony 1.0 back.
